If you are experiencing financial difficulty and cannot make your HOA payments, please contact Red Rock Customer Service as early as possible. You may request to be placed on a payment plan to avoid late fees and interest.
Once an account becomes delinquent and is transferred to the HOA’s attorney for collections, Red Rock can no longer set up payment arrangements, so early communication is essential.
